Can I submit my own images/logos? What formats should my files be?

We're more than happy to take any images, logos, or graphics you'd like to use for your items. We request that all graphics are sent to us as .eps, .svg, .pdf, .ai, or .png files.

Am I able to purchase the same trophy that I saw at [event] for my event?

All custom pieces and designs are the intellectual property of their original purchaser. We are more than happy to create a unique, custom piece for your event that is similar but we are unable to provide you exact copies.

How do I pay for my order?

We're available to take credit card payments over the phone anytime during business hours. Orders over $1000 are required to provide partial payment as a deposit before production begins. Shipping is calculated after all items are produced and packed and final payment(s) for the order are due before any product is sent out.

If your group requires a W-9 to send payment, please send requests directly to sales@steelimagesinc.com.

Why can't you estimate shipping before production?

Steel is heavy! Each of our custom pieces varies in weight depending on the shape and cut - Pieces with cutouts or are of a nonstandard shape will weigh vastly different than our blanks in standard shapes and solid pieces of the same size. Because of this, we're unable to estimate what each piece will cost in shipping until it is finished, packed, and weighed.

Can I resell gift items?

Yes, absolutely! All of our gift items are sold at wholesale pricing for resale in gift/pro shops, for fundraisers or through online retailers.

Do you offer bulk pricing or have minimum order quantities?

All of our prices are determined by piece complexity, not quantity. We do not have minimum order quantities of any kind - you are free to order a single bookmark or 1500 sports medals.
